Exchange Money in Turkey or In Your Home Country?

It is cheaper and easier to exchange your money to Turkish Liras in Turkey. There are many currency Exchange Offices (Döviz Bürosu) at the airports, touristic places and shopping malls which offers no commision money exchange. Most banks may charge a commision and exchange offices at the airports usually offer lower rates of exchange.

We recommend you exchange a little amount at the airport which will be enough to get you to your hotel and run to an Exchange Office to exchange the rest of your money.
